The Pennsbury Inn is situated on eight acres of sculptured grounds offering privacy for special events such as, family reunions, wedding receptions and other catered parties. We are located centrally and within minutes of to the main attractions of the Brandywine Valley, noted on this website.
On acreage purchased from Wm. Penn's Commissioners in the 17th Century, the Inn's original dwelling house, was erected in 1714. The original uneven, wide plank floors, slanted doorways, beehive baking oven and walk-in fireplaces add to the charm. We proudly present a blend of colonial heritage and country elegance. (Listed in the National Register of Historic Places.)

| CANCELLATION | One night is charged at the time of booking. Cancellation can be made 10 days before the expected stay with a full refund. With a cancellation of less than 10 days one night will be charged unless we can re-book. |
| CHECK-IN | The rooms will be ready by 3:00 pm. If you need to drop your bags off earlier or stop to get local information, or a cup of coffee, please call first to be sure someone is here. |
| CHILDREN | Well behaved children are welcome, but we do reserve the right to limit the total number of children at any one time. |
| PETS | Well behaved dogs are welcome, with a fee for cleaning. A "pet agreement" and proof of vaccinations are required. |
| SMOKING | No Smoking is permitted in the Inn. Two outside smoking areas are available. |
| INTERNET | Wireless internet access. |
