weetwater Farm is an historic 50-acre estate located in the heart of The
Brandywine Valley. The property has 14 distinctive accommodations with queen
size beds, private baths and cable TV, including 9 with fireplaces. A full
gourmet country breakfast is served with every stay.
The Manor House features 7 guest rooms; three in the original 1734
Quaker Farmhouse and four in the more formal 1815 Georgian Wing. Common
areas include billiard room, den, sitting room, formal dining room,
breakfast patio and a large sunny porch overlooking the grounds. There are
also seven unique cottages, 5 of which are pet and child friendly including
a 2 bedroom renovated greenhouse.
The farm is ideal for weddings, corporate retreats and family reunions.
Guest amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center,
golf chipping range, nature trail and vineyard.
